All 189

A collection of 189 hand-drawn frogs

Open the full set

Every frog was drawn as a whole picture rather than assembled from layers, so the attributes describe the drawing instead of producing it. Rarity is computed from how often each of those attributes actually turns up across the 189, then ranked.

The swap is the mint

There is no mint page on this site and there never will be one. The collection’s only minter is a Uniswap v4 hook sitting on the $UFROG pool. Buying the token is what pulls a frog out.

Three of them move

The other 186 hold still. These three were animated as screen tests for the set, and they are the same frogs, drawn the same way.

The ninja

Rooftop, full moon, and a flask he was not supposed to bring.

The pharaoh

Nemes headdress and a usekh collar, walking the sand between two pyramids.

The detective

Deerstalker, trench coat, magnifier, and a London fog that will not lift.

How a frog is drawn

01
You buy $UFROG

The hook sits on the pool, not on a mint contract. afterSwap sees a buy that clears the minimum size and writes down your address and the current block. Nothing is minted yet, and the swap itself is never allowed to revert because of us.

02
One block passes

The entropy is the hash of a block that did not exist when you signed. You cannot simulate the mint, see a common frog, and back out of the trade. Nobody can, including us.

03
The pond gives one up

Anyone can call revealMints. The seed indexes into a lazy Fisher-Yates shuffle over the remaining ids, so the token you get is uniform over whatever is left and no id can be drawn twice. The metadata was published before the first mint, so which frog is rare was fixed before anyone could act on it.

Mint not open
0/189minted

The hook is not attached to a pool. Nothing can mint until $UFROG launches on pools.trade.

Rarity is counted, not claimed

Six categories. Five read off the drawings by eye, one measured from the pixels.
